The accelerated Fitness Plan for all new Fitstreet clients - beginner to advanced

All clients undertaking training with Fitstreet will begin with the 5 week ACCELERATION Programme,
for either
1
or 2 sessions a week, designed to fast-track results and ensure that
you make a great
headstart towards achieving
your long
term goals.
1 Training Session per Week: £300.00 (for 5 weeks)
2 Training Sessions per Week: £550.00 (for 5 weeks)
Your introductory 5 week Programme includes:
- 5 or 10 supervised Private Fitness Coaching sessions (1 per week) at the Guildford Lido Gym.
(30 minutes each, including corrective warm-up, resistance work and fat-burning circuits).
NO boring cardio
and
no filler exercises - just 30 minutes of the most effective total body
exercise that our
current research and practice proves WORKS.
- A thorough initial fitness and health assessment, designed to pinpoint and target potential
muscular discomfort or weakness in the body, evaluate your current eating patterns, and
assess lifestyle factors that need adjustment. With ongoing weekly re-evaluation
and
progressive assessment, this ensures that you remain on-track, both physically and mentally.
- Individually tailored programme design, including weekly adjustments, which will change
as your body and progress allow..
- 5 week goal setting, aligned with your personal targets, designed to make you accountable
for your actions.
- Weekly Phone Consultation, email feedback and correspondence, offering you full support
throughout your training programme, without leaving you second-guessing or confused.
- A personally tailored Nutrition Plan and ongoing support, designed to strip fat, improve your
health and educate you about what your body needs to function at its best, day to day.
- Weekly re-assessment and figure recording to prove that your results are there.
- 35 days of meal plan ideas for you to mix and match according to your daily schedule.
- Membership to our Saturday morning ‘Fit for 6’ Camp in Guildford, for accelerated fat loss,
exercising alongside
other like-minded men and women, offering you valuable social support.
- Personally tailored home / gym workout plans to follow between supervised sessions, as
required or advised, so that you don't simply rely on your 1 supervised session each week.
