Supervised Training Programme - Guildford Lido Gym

Our cutting edge training techniques get you results in half the time. Your personally tailored programme focuses on strengthening your body's weaknesses, bringing you back into alignment and helping you to safely and quickly improve
your fitness, while shedding excess pounds at the same time.

All clients undertaking training with Fitstreet will begin with an initial 4 week ACCELERATION Programme, designed to
fast-track results and ensure you make a great headstart towards your long term goals.

After your first 4 week programme, you may continue training with Fitstreet on a weekly basis, by signing up to our monthly contract, designed to run for a minimum of 3 consecutive months. In this time you will build on your initial programme,
setting new goals and furthering your fitness.

1 Training Session per Week: £200.00 per month
2 Training Sessions per Week: £360.00 per month

HOME VISITS can be arranged at an additional fee.


DISTANCE Training Programme - 5 levels - £150.00

If you are unable to attend our gym-based sessions, or you live outside the Guildford area, our Distance Training Programme may be a suitable solution for your fitness and fat loss goals. This 5 week home training programme is
designed to be used anywhere, requiring no equipment, but still highly effective at accelerating fitness and helping
you shed excess pounds quickly.
