It is not designed to throw you in at the deep end with harsh exercise regimes and strict eating patterns that leave you despondent and drained of energy. Neither is it designed to be a 'flash in the pan' fitness solution that you can't maintain for the forseeable future.

Instead it takes a healthier approach, building you from the inside out first, focusing primarily on posture, diet, mental attitude and core stability, where all bodily movement stems from.
