I want my clients to become excited about achieving their goals and succeed where other methods may have failed in the past.
I promise to provide the finest personal service and support for my clients, who will always enjoy a positive, structured and progressive programme of physical and mental change.

02. My Motto is "Results come with diligence, focus and a desire to learn and change". As a Fitness Professional, I will stand by this statement and live it's meaning daily.
03. The Three Steps of Service are the foundation of my service to my clients. These steps are to be followed closely to ensure satisfaction, retention and results.
04. I will continue to follow education in my chosen field, to ensure that I continue to offer the highest, most effective service available.
05. I will continue to review and assess my training methods, through the results that I help clients attain.
06. I will maintain a positive mental attitude to my work and my clients and I expect the same in return.
07. As chief representative for my Business, I will take pride in my appearance at all times.
08. I will deal with all clients politely and enthusiastically and make them feel a welcome addition to my Business.
09. I will ensure that clients are kept well informed of their progress, both positively and negatively.
