Results (Money Back Guarantee)
The money back guarantee is open to all clients training with Fitstreet, whether their goal be fat loss or improved fitness and wellbeing.
The 'drop a dress or jean size' guarantee is only applicable to clients that have sufficient body fat to lose. I expect everyone to work hard on this Program.
Weekly re-assessment, daily food recording and adjustments to your daily lifestyle will provide the evidence needed to ensure that you stick to your side of the bargain; to lose body fat.
If you're serious about losing body fat and keeping it off for the long term, you will be willing to follow our terms.
For the duration of your training program you will need to be willing to make the following alterations to your lifestyle:
1. Exercise at least 4 times a week, inclusive of your personal training sessions.
2. Follow your personal nutrition plan and remain hydrated daily.
3. Give up alcohol and all processed foods for the first 4 weeks.
Full conditions of this guarantee will be explained at your initial consultation.
Results that you achieve beyond this will be based on such factors as your current weight, health, posture and lifestyle.
Should you currently suffer from
any medical conditions that might hamper your efforts at fat loss, it is imperative that these are stated during your consultation, as these may affect your results and hence your money-back guarantee.

Pricing
Prices reflect the benefits and results achievable with the Strive for 5 Plan. These are fixed (non-negotiable), except Group sessions, which depend on the number of clients wishing to train together.
Sessions to be Completed
By joining this Program you agree to train once, twice or three times a week for a 12 week period, depending on the package that you choose. This ensures your dedication, accelerates results and gives you a set time frame to work towards, ensuring the best service for your money. Depending on the amount of body fat you have to lose, you can then book additional ongoing sessions as you wish.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice, should you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Your time is valuable to us and our time should be valuable to you. If you are unable to reschedule a cancelled session, a full session rate will be charged. This will be reviewed in exceptional circumstances.
Punctuality
To get the most out of each training session we ask you to be ready to start when we arrive. Sessions that start late will still finish at the predetermined time and you will be charged for the full hour.
