The money back guarantee is open to all clients training with Fitstreet.

Weekly re-assessment, daily food recording and adjustments to your daily lifestyle will provide the evidence needed to ensure that you stick to your side of the bargain; to lose body fat and restore health.

If you're serious about losing body fat and keeping it off for the long term, you will be willing to follow our terms.

For the duration of your training programme you will need to be willing to commit to the following rules:

01.
Commit to training with Simon a minimum of once a week for at least 5 weeks.

02. Be ready to give up toxic foods and drink that are currently keeping you overweight and feeling below par - wheat, sugar, alcohol, processed foods and dairy - for at least the first 28 days of your Programme.

03. Follow your personal exercise programme at least twice a week , between pre-arranged Personal Training sessions.

04. Demonstrate 100% commitment to your programme, regardless of setbacks.

05. Maintain a positive attitude towards your goals and your training sessions.

06. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time will be charged at full rate.

07. We will both be punctual for our allotted session time. If you are late, your session will still finish at the predetermined time and you will be charged for the full hour.

08. Report all injuries and accidents outside of session to Simon ASAP, to allow for changes to be made to your training programme.

09. Complete a daily food and exercise diary for the first 28 days of your programme.

10. Payment for all Personal Training sessions will now be accepted through bank transfer only, for 10 sessions in advance. Simon will keep a record of sessions completed and inform you when your current block is coming to an end.


Full conditions of this guarantee will be explained at your initial consultation.

Results that you achieve beyond this will be based on such factors as your current weight, health, posture and lifestyle.

Should you currently suffer from any medical conditions that might hamper your efforts at fat loss, it is imperative that these are stated during your consultation, as these may affect your results and hence your money-back guarantee.

Sessions to be Completed

By joining this programme you agree to undertake 1 or 2 training sessions per week. More sessions can be added to your program, dependant on Simon's availability.

This ensures your dedication, accelerates results and gives you a set time frame to work towards, ensuring the best service for your money.


Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required, without fail, should you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Your time is valuable to Simon and his time should be valuable to you. If you are unable to reschedule a cancelled session, a full session rate will be charged. This will be reviewed in exceptional circumstances.

Punctuality
To get the most out of each training session Simon asks you to be ready to start when he arrives. Sessions that start late will still finish at the predetermined time and you will be charged for the full hour.
