Strive for 5 TM Scorcher Package

3 sessions per week (12 per month) - £40.00 per session
Plus an effective, simple to follow Nutritional and Lifestyle Plan.
£480 per month (Minimum 3 month program)

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the increased intensity of the Scorcher package, clients will need to be assessed for their suitability at their initial consultation. If we feel that your current bill of health would be better suited to our Cinder, Ember or Blazer package, we will advise you accordingly.

This is the ultimate package, requiring a greater level of time commitment (on alternate days, Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday). It takes care of all your training needs, leaving you to focus on your nutrition and rest in-between sessions.

Like the Cinder, Ember and Blazer packages, you are provided with email support between sessions, as well as a comprehensive Program manual.

Training will focus primarily on flexibility, core stability and postural correction, followed by strength training, to bring your body back into balance. This is combined with cardio exercise that is short, sharp and highly effective.

This Package ideally suits:

3 sessions per week requires attention to detail and focus, particularly concerning nutrition between sessions.
