PLEASE NOTE: You are advised to exercise by yourself at least 2 times a week, between sessions, to maximize your results and ensure swift progression. (A tailored home/gym exercise plan will be designed for you).
All exercises prescribed can be done from the comfort of your home.
Weekly check-ups via email or phone are provided, to keep you on track.
Sessions focus firstly on flexibility, core stability and postural correction, followed by strength training, to bring your body back into balance. This is combined with cardio exercise that is short, sharp and highly effective.

Sessions are designed to teach you how to exercise more effectively, and how to maintain your new behaviour between appointments, with a tailored home exercise program, regularly updated by your trainer, as well as a nutrition and lifestyle plan.
To ensure progress and results you will be re-assessed every fortnight.
