Strive for 5 TM Blazer Package

2 sessions per week (8 per month) - £42.50 per session
Plus an effective, simple to follow Nutritional and Lifestyle Plan.
£340 per month (Minimum 3 month program)

PLEASE NOTE: Clients wishing to participate in the Blazer Package will need to train a third time each week on their own, to maximize results. (A tailored home/gym exercise plan will be designed for you).

This package is more intensive than the Ember or CInder, with 2 sessions per week, to ensure you stay on track. Sessions are accompanied by a comprehensive Program manual (PDF format).

Sessions focus firstly on flexibility, core stability and postural correction, followed by strength training, to bring your body back into balance. This is combined with cardio exercise that is short, sharp and highly effective.
