FIT4 - Guildford - Workshop Gym

All Training sessions will take place at the Workshop Gym within the Guildford Lido:

Lido Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1HB

This is a full equipped athletic gym that has everything YOU need for your 30 minute metabolic workouts.

As part of your training programme you will use a mixture of dumbbells, TRX, Resisted Cables and barbells.
We will also administer mat-based exercises for warm up, stretching and bodyweight interval circuits.

This facility is fully air-conditioned and offers free parking. There are also changing rooms and a shop to
buy water and post-workout shakes

At Fitstreet we offer our Personal Training services at the Workshop gym between the following hours:

Mornings

7.00am - 7.30am
8.15am - 8.45am
9.00am - 9.30am
9.45am - 10.15am
10.30am - 11.00am

Afternoons

2.00pm - 2.30pm
2.45pm - 3.15pm
3.30pm - 4.00pm

On Tuesday evenings we are able to offer session times up to 7pm
