Your initial assessment will allow us to discover exactly what those individual needs are, and ensure that your programme is not only effective for improved fitness and fat loss,
but also beneficial to your posture and wellbeing.
Your Personal Training programme will cover a multitude of elements drawn from a diverse variety of exercise disciplines, depending on your needs and interests.
Everything we practice is of a functional manner - unless you can use it
in everyday life it has no place in your exercise programme!
Your gym programme will only include the very latest exercise methods that are proven to work quickly
and efficiently, keeping your total workout time with us to 30 minutes, from start to finish.
Each workout will include postural correction and warm-up, resistance exercise, bodyweight circuits and
stretching. No element of optimal training practice will be sacrificed, despite our time-saving methods.
With weekly re-assessment and goals to attain, this is a methodical, well-presented programme of change.
