I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the exercises and the challenge of completing new circuits each week.
I now feel great, my head is much clearer and I can focus far better.
My fitness levels quickly increased, and the plan was surprisingly easy to stick to, especially using the
28 day eating plan that recommended a lot of foods I would not
think to eat. The foods I now eat, as a
result, I enjoy without feeling I crave anything.
