Breathe properly.
Don't sit down for long periods!
Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
Eat lots of
vegetables, more animal protein, less processed foods.
Cut bad fats, add oil and fish.
Try new foods, be adventurous!
Drink enough water and exercise daily.
Push the limit 3 times a week.
Keep sessions short but challenging.
Work with resistance and keep reps below 15.
Push up, pull up, squat, lunge, push overhead, deadlift, bend, twist.
Move the whole body!
Swim, row, bike, run, walk, climb and mix it up for variety.
Routine is dull!
Sleep well, rest regularly and recharge.
