What results can I expect from my FIT4 Programme?

Impressive change in your physique, your body measurements, your energy levels and your daily diet.

Results will depend on several factors, including how diligent you are, the degree to which you stick with the rules set, and
your current level of fitness and body type. Some clients lose 5lb in the first week simply by improving their hydration.
Others lose up to a stone in 4 weeks, by closely following my 'Optimum Nutrition' Plan.

I guarantee everyone a drop in dress or jean size within 4 weeks, by following my healthy cleansing diet, which may or may
not include a significant drop in weight, but will certainly change the shape of your body.

For the best results possible you will need to combine your eating, exercise and lifestyle assignments. Following my systematic approach, you will look, feel and move far better within a matter of weeks, and be able to maintain these benefits for the long term.

To qualify for this guarantee, you will be asked to complete weekly journals, exercise and nutrition diaries, and adhere to rules that make it very hard for you NOT to succeed.

Can I still follow the FIT4 Programme if I am not in the local areas covered?

Yes, by all means. We have a distance-programme that you can follow by yourself, without the personal home-visits for training. This version of the programme includes all of the workouts you need for your 5 week programme, plus video demonstrations, your eating plan and 5 weeks of meal plans that you can use to help you drop that clothing size we
guarantee.
The exercises do not require equipment.

Will I find this Programme hard?

In all honesty, your training programme will be challenging, whatever your current level of fitness, but at no time will you be pushed beyond your limits or made to suffer. This programme of change is designed to bring you steady results that can be achieved and then maintained long term. It is NOT a quick fix solution to fat loss or improved health.

Will this programme take over my life?!

There is absolutely no reason why this programme should. Provided you stick to the rules throughout your initial 4 weeks, the benefits will far outweigh the time needed to complete your journals and your exercise homework. You are set home or gym workouts that require as little 15 minutes hard work. This programme is designed to leave you with the 'blueprint' for a
healthier life, not a busier one.


How long will I need to exercise for?


During your programme, you will be expected to exercise with your Trainer for one 30 minute session per week. Outside your Personal Coaching you will be expected to complete your home or gym exercise programme 3 times a week.


Do I need to complete my Programme in one go?

Yes, it is crucial that you complete at least the first 4 weeks without a break for holidays or business trips. This is due to the nature of the programme being one of lifestyle change, and it is therefore important that you maintain a set pattern for a specific period of time. Breaks in your programme will only set you back and make it hard to stick with the exercise and
nutrition goals you are expected to achieve.

Since you are billed monthly, any session that you miss will need to be made up within that time period.
